Initial 1:1 Consultation (60 minutes)
Your journey begins with a comprehensive 1:1 consultation, where we dive deep into your health history, lifestyle, and goals. We’ll discuss any current concerns you're facing, such as hormonal imbalances, stress, sleep, or other specific health issues. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and create a roadmap for the next four months. This is where the magic starts – a personalized plan is born, based on your unique needs.

Weekly 15-Minute Check-Ins
Every week (minus the week of your 30 minute follow up), we’ll have a brief but impactful 15-minute check-in. These sessions are designed to keep you on track, adjust your plan as needed, and provide ongoing support. Whether you have questions, need additional guidance, or simply want to stay accountable, these calls ensure you're never alone in the process. You’ll walk away each week feeling confident and informed, knowing you’re making progress.

Monthly 30-Minute Follow-Ups
Once a month, we’ll schedule a more in-depth 30-minute follow-up call to review your progress and reassess your health goals. In this session, we’ll go over your results, track changes in your symptoms or progress, and make any necessary tweaks to your plan. This ensures that we stay aligned with your needs and that your health journey is always moving forward.
